I am very disappointed with Aspen Dental. Paid for upper and lower dentures and have had nothing but problems. Now since my lower denture broke while out of town and we glued it, the 2 year warranty is null and void . They want to charge me for a new one. $1,199.00. I also went through a lot of pain and suffering in lower mouth with multiple visits and extractions. All of this because the lab was at least 8 weeks behind and I did not want to go around without teeth. What happened to promise of dentures within days. When I got there today to have bottom denture fitted again they wanted to charge me $97.00 for exam and 
x rays? Going somewhere else to have a new lower denture made. Will not give them another penny.

I have only been here once, but I am going back at least two more times. My X-ray tech was quite amusing, she is great. The one who cleaned my teeth was pleasurable as well. They give the customer the attention needed.

The facility could be cleaned a lot more often! The walls are dirty and need to be cleaned and/or painted. The patient rooms DO NOT offer any privacy what so ever and some of the employees should consider taking a shower before work. 

On the other hand, the employees are nice.

I went to Aspen Dental on a whim because I have been having a lot of mouth pain caused by my wisdom teeth coming in.  My general dentist didn't have availability and Aspen dental was the 1st available appointment I could get. So I received an email that says please come 15 minutes early to do paperwork. So I arrive 15 minutes early and there's no receptionist so I stand at the desk for 15 minutes. Finally the receptionist comes, she is extremely rude, does not say sorry and just hands me paperwork. I fill it out quickly and then sit and wait for another 30 minutes. My boyfriend was getting irritated and he asked what the wait was about, the receptionist then said that I was late, which was a lie. I then go up to the desk and inform her that I was there 15 minutes earlier and she was the one that was not there . So then they take me back immediately and the x-rays start. The X-ray technician then says "You can call your dad back to look at the x-rays." I said "My dad?" She said yes that guy you are with. I told her that was my boyfriend (who is in his mid 30's, and I'm in my mid 20's). She proceeds to say "Your boyfriend?! Oh my god, how old is he?!" I was disgusted by what she said and told her it isn't a big deal. Then the rest of the appt she kept saying "you're just a baby." The dentist comes back and I tell her I've been having pain, she said "how's your eyesight" I said fine and then she said my wisdom teeth should not be hurting me. At the end of the appointment I go to Check-out. They make me wait in the waiting Room for another 15 minutes until I got to the desk and told them I had to get to work. They promptly take me after that. They tried to get me to schedule with their oral surgeon who is not in my Insurance network. They told me it would be almost $1500 to only get 2 removed. I then informed her that they were impacting and my insurance will cover it 100% if they're impacting. She tells me that the dentist said they were not impacting, which I knew was a lie because my previous dentist already told me they were.  So I finally get a referral to go to an oral surgeon of my choice. and I told him that Aspen Dental said that there should not have been any pain caused by my teeth and they were not impacting. He actually laughed and told me just by looking at the X-ray anyone would be able to tell that they are impacting and he said that he can tell they are causing me pain. Aspen dental is the WORST most unprofessional office I've ever been to. I have told everyone about my experience. The dentists there are incompetent and do not care about the patients well-being. They will just lie to get as much money in there pocket as possible. NEVER going back, did not even want to leave one star.

Been visitiing Aspen Dental 6416 Carlisle Pike # 500-Mechanicsburg, PA for many years. The Dentist is Perfect and caring, Special Tech's are very compassionate and detailed in exams- Not too much of a wait time, and  reasonable pricing for visits.  Great place! Always Satisfied in all aspects from front desk to the completion of dental needs.
