They do let you know immediately that they are a self-pay practice ($685) so that earned them an additional star. Office was not well versed in customer service or logistics, to put it lightly. Wanted to make an appointment just to get a spot reserved but she didn't want to let me do that, apparently that's not nice to other customers? In my experience, a customer is a customer, and we're always right.

But, she did give me good advice after all. I looked elsewhere first and found a better practice. I recommend you do the same before wasting your money here

I have a private practice in Austin, TX .
I traveled to PA to spend time shadowing Dr. Turnpaugh, one of the elite Functional Medicine practitioners in this country!
His staff was friendly, efficient, but more importantly, CARING!
The multidisciplinary setting ensures a team approach to health.

Our daughter has been seen by several different doctors at TH&W and we have had wonderful, caring professionals every step of the way! From Lyme disease treatment, chiropractic care, psychologist and massages, this staff is fantastic! The front desk is always kind and the nurses are so compassionate! Because of their diligence in seeking wellness for our daughter, we know that she is on the road to recovery!! Beyond grateful for Dr. Chris Turnpaugh and his forward thinking practice!

I made an appointment for my daughter 3 months previous to our appointment today, after they cancelled the appointment once previous. I spoke to someone there 3 separate times, we arrived today, mind u we drove 6 hours each way. They said it would be $680 before we were seen. No one ever said anything about this once, nor the fact they might need a fasted blood work. We left, I am so disgusted, this place is a scam. The most unprofessional place I've seen. I will be contacting better business bureau. Never ever go to this place.
