As a competitive triathlete, I have found tremendous benefit from the classes at Symmetry.  The instructors are very knowledgeable and creative.  Each has his or her own style which keeps every class interesting and fresh.  It is motivating to know I can come back week after week and constantly be challenged with new movements.  It is a fun environment available to all levels of fitness.

I finally achieved the body I wanted after joining Symmetry. As a runner I neglected the need for total body strength. The classes at Symmetry are never the same, always targeting different muscles. I dropped in body fat %, increased lean muscle, and started running the fastest I've ever run. It's an affordable gym with an amazing community.

While I really enjoy running, I knew I needed to add other types of exercises in my fitness regimen in order to maintain a healthy weight and metabolism. I highly recommend Seung-Ni's fitness program because of the group class format and the flexibility of time of day I can work out. I like the fact that if I can't make a class at a certain time, I can always attend another slot and not have to wait an entire week for that same class. Since I joined last June, I've not only lost unnecessary pounds, but also noticed a huge improvement in my energy levels. The instructors and all other staff are always personable and fun.
