WOW It is tough, but well worth the benefits. My blood pressure has decreased to a point I AM on half the dose on two pills and I do not have to take the third one anymore. This is after two months  of yoga for two times a week. It has slowed down my racing mind to the point I AM able to do meditation. I AM now very cautious to what I put into my body. In a sense it has changes my attitude on life. 
   To know thy self, is to provide an opportunity to look within, were we are told in all the ancient philosophies and religions, is where the kingdom of God is. If you want to start to appreciate your life or gain more out of what you already have. I would advise you be willing to make the greatest investment you can. That is to get to know your true potential.

Owner and his staff are amazing! Super friendly, caring and willing to work with you to make your experience and practice the best it can be...regardless of skill level. Class schedule has much more variety than most studios around GR offer.  The facility is always spotless and they offer a full locker room...with showers! Which is another benefit not often found in the area. Check it out!

They have the best balance of atmosphere in any bikram studio I've been too, they allow those who are super serious to be super serious and also allow those beginners or those who haven't practiced in a while to ask questions.  This is what bikram yoga is to me! My hats off to the owners! Thanks!

I travel for work and for $15 for a drop in class (I can't buy any packages as I do not know how often I am in town) is very reasonable for the quality of this class. I would even pay $20, which is what most studios in Grand Rapids charge for 1/2 the quality of this class. I've loved every teacher I've had too! Oh and very clean showers/changing area!! :)

Bikram yoga is an opportunity of a lifetime! Challenging one with things maybe they've never been challenged with before! Fortunately, no matter who you are, this opportunity is for you! A chance to Open your mind, heart, body, and many more doors to a new and improved lifestyle! BYGR is an absolutely gorgeous studio, very clean and full of love.
