There is a real sense of community at this gym. It is not a large facility, so you get to know the owner and the trainers quickly. They all have a great rapport with the clients. The clients interact wonderfully together and friendships are formed. It is a very welcoming, caring environment. Your goals are important to your trainer. They feel a great sense of success when you succeed. They will be there for you when you are not succeeding as well. My trainer, Ally, is encouraging and enthusiastic. If you are looking to improve your health - or change your life - I can recommend Fitness Together East Paris.

I appreciate the flexibility that Fitness Together can provide because of the multiple locations, I typically workout at their downtown location but there are those times when I need to have the ability to workout at the East Paris location and I don't miss a beat with my workouts!! The staff communicates between each other to make sure that I'm taken care of and I would like to send a shout out to Ally, she takes my routine and finds a way to create a fresh challenge that pushes me and her energy is contagious!! I want to be fair to the entire staff as they have all been great!! I have even referred my daughter to utilize Fitness Together!! thank you for helping me strive towards my goals

I've been training with Jo for a few months now and have absolutely loved Fitness Together! The private rooms offer a more comfortable setting than your typical gym. They have a variety of equipment which allows you to switch things up and keep from getting bored with the same old routine. Everything is always clean (seriously they are always cleaning in there) which is reassuring :) Jo is always upbeat while at the same time laid back - she creates a welcoming environment where I can push myself without feeling judged. She helps to motivate you while always prioritizing safety. I highly recommend this place, and specifically to train with Jo!

I've been training with Molly for 6 weeks. For someone like me who has not worked out in many years, the one on one training is great. I was made to feel comfortable from day one. Workouts are tailored to my individual needs and abilities. Molly is supportive, encouraging and wants to see clients succeed. I highly recommend this facility!

FT does a great job understanding your goals and pushing you to achieve them. The trainers are knowledgable and extremely personable. They make you feel comfortable, and truly care about you. Working out with a trainer leads to a superior workout. I've worked with both Molly and Ally. Both are outstanding. I highly recommend FT.
