I swung by on a Sunday and looked at a Chevy Volt with Brandon, the owner's son. He was very respectful and was leaning towards purchasing the vehicle when I got my financing set up the following week.

I ultimately decided not to deal with this dealership after looking through many reviews online. Some bad reviews alone wouldn't completely turn me away. You'll always get unhappy customers, especially with used cars. What was really alarming was how the owner responds to people giving bad reviews. I imagine if I had an issue with one of his cars, he'd be talking to me the same way.

Upon arriving at this dealership I was met by a worker (the son of the owner) he was very nice and helpful. I found a car I liked and decided on going forward with getting approved for it. The owner arrived to help with the process Brad Allen, at first he was very helpful and nice. But once I explained to him that I wanted to take a couple days to think about the offer and that I wasn't going to be purchasing it that day, he shut his computer off, threw his glasses on the desk, and said "BYE!" as he walked out and slammed the door to speed off. I do not recommend stopping by this place as he is so unprofessional, I really was going to return after taking some time to think about the offer. BUT NOT ANYMORE!

i drove through the dealers lot just looking and he took a picture of my license plate he will do the same to you too for what reason i am not sure  but i had no reason to talk with him after that , i have done nothing wrong if it's illegal to look at his inventory i have done that , this guy will sell you a car with no warranty  or as/is this is illegal in kansas look him up on fox 4 call 4 action he ran a couple through hell and tried to blame them for a bad vehicle (he) sold them with a bad transmission that lasted 20 minutes and probably knew about it too , many shops told them 3000 to fix it he wanted 8000 . buyer beware go anywhere but here this guy will steal from you and be a jerk to you the whole time !!!!  if you don't want people on your car lot (close it) nobody will miss you or the crappy cars you sell and your bad attitude is not a plus !! his response says more about him than i can because i simply drove through his lot !!    a patron

Deceptive sales gimmicks. Deliberately mislead and Sold me a FWD Lexus suv when I was assured it was the same model as the AWD I was trading in. 

Traded an 08 RX 400h AWD for an 07 RX 400h FWD.
08 had 155k miles. 07 had 80K miles. Traded plus $6300.
Got hoodwinked for about $3k in value but more importantly, I would have not made the purchase for any amount because it was not AWD.

Drove into KC from Omaha. Saw the car, drove the car. There is NO WAY to visually tell the difference. No badges designating AWD or  FWD.

07 is a Lemmon with several issues and warning lights coming on. 
Spent over $1000 in 60 days on repairs. Figured I should trade out. Went to Lexus of Omaha to trade for an RX 450 h. 

Trade allowance $9000 for a FWD. Two months after I bought it.

Contacted Brad Allen. He is not willing to settle. Says I should have known about the FWD. 

Deceptive, unethical, unprofessional and perhaps fraudulent.
Purchase agreement incomplete on model description. No documentation was given that designated FWD during transaction. 

I had the DMV field investigator look into this and he reported that there are several resent misrepresentations on car sales from Allen Automotive. He suggested that IF Allen was not willing to settle dispute, then to contact the JoCo District Attourney.
