We really like it here, we live near the hospital yes some of the maintenance request take some time but everything big was taken care right away. I live right off 35 and I can't believe how quiet it is, I can't here the cars till I open the door. It's very nice. Lots of elderly people walking there dogs. I like that the ultlites are paid. When I moved here I was worried about not having control of the ac/heat. You have a thermostat but it never gets colder than 69 so we bought a windowless a.c. for the living room. They are taking out all of the fireplaces. It's really fine with me I don't want my neighbor burning me down anyways.

Nice layout with well kept grounds. A historical neighborhood featuring spacious floor plans, an indoor and outdoor pool and a beautiful clubhouse for the residents to utilize. Reasonable rental rates that's affordable for most.

Traffic during rushhour is terrible. Takes literally 20+ minutes to get from georgetown to the walmart that is literally a mile away. The apartment maintenance left my porch terribly dirty after they did some exterior work. It was constantly noisy from above and in general. This place is depressing if you want to live happily.. Perfect for a college student who doesn't give a hoot about anything.

I love Georgetown Apt. I've been here over a year. I love the sidewalks, the architecture, the pools, and it's a perfect location and so easy to get downtown. Sure, there are maintenance issues, but at least they are updating which is a continuous job. It's quiet (where I live), great view, friendly staff and residents. The price is right and it's where I call home.

The only reason I've rated Georgetown 1 star is because google doesn't give the option to go any lower than that!! Let's see where I should start... Well, the bathtub wall caved in by just simply turning it on, due to the tremendous amount of mold within the walls, due to poor ventilation and trapped moisture.. Took maintenance a little over a week to even show up and see the damages, then another 3 days just to come back and apply new tile right on top of the old broken pieces and called that fixed. Same with the bathroom floor.. There are several soft spots around the tub, that soon will be holes that overlooks the disgusting mold and mildew infested swamp they call a storage and laundry room.. Let's not forget the half dollar sized cock roaches that not only reside down there, but everywhere else in between!!! There are so many more things that could be mentioned and eventually will be, to show all the reasons not to move here... But the kicker if it all.... A 1 bedroom apartment that includes all the"amenities" I've listed above and so many more runs us 920.00 a month!!!!!
