this brand has quickly become my favorite for shoes. quality is amazing but the service is prefect. I've had three different associates tend to me and each one style is different but all amazing. originally I came in for only a pair of shoes but end up happily buying 4 pairs. can't say enough on how happy I am with their service.

Wow! I received excellent service with Eric. I came in with a pair of Cliftons that I bought at Nordstoms which hurt my toes after 30 min of wear. Eric measured my feet and I tried on a similar mold but in an E width instead of D. I needed to see first if Nordstroms would exchange mine, which they only carry D or 3E width and can't event order an E width. Thankfully Nordstroms took my worn shoes back for full credit (love their return policy). So I came back to Eric and he set me up with a set of Chili brown Fifth Avenue in 11E and they fit great. I wore them out the door...and to the bar. I've been wearing them for 3 hours, standing, and my toes don't hurt and they look great with anything. If you buy here, make sure to get a good fit. They are some damn good shoes! I'm stoked!
