Wonderful customer service. Replaced a defective knife with no questions asked. Quite pricey though.

One of the nicer WS in the chain. A pleasant place to window shop for their pricey selection. Sometimes it is nice to touch & feel pots and pans to judge their quality. Is it pretentious? You bet...but your are likely to find something that appeals to your desires....and ruin your budget!

I purchased some cooking knives here as a gift. The guy helping was very kind and knowledgeable about all the brands and materials. Clearly a chef himself.
