I am beyond  super happy  the palo alto Louisvuitton I swear  they are so so great, the lady that help she is so Good and great, she help right away and do my exchange so well, i will never  go  to vallyvallyfair store, its horrible there, Palo alto you guys are the best!!!!

Recently purchased my Neverfull from this location. I was quickly helped, but when I got home I realized my sales associate boxed the wrong bag! The next day I spoke to a manager and they corrected their mistake. I think when it is busy (it’s the holiday season) double and triple check your purchases and expect for wait time to be a bit longer as they deal with customers!

I buy an item and go back to LV for a refund but they say it's a little scratched so they can't give me a refund. $1k wasted, thx LV

Sales staff were unhelpful and rude. Waited 32 minutes before anyone was able to help and immediately was told the item I wanted was out of stock, and the sales lady made no attempt at all to find a substitute. When I asked what else she could recommend and all she would say is it's all sold out. There isn't a single recommendation that isn't sold out?!
