We went to Allen Mello today after a friend's recommendation. Our experience was fantastic !!! My son was buying his first car and the experience couldn't have been better. Derek Daigle our Salesperson was amazing!!! He had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived. He was not hovering over us like a vulture, he was straightforward, patient and made us feel like his only customer (even though he had 3). Richie the finance manger made the signing process quick & painless and he had a great sense of humor ( which made the process that much better). We ended leaving with 2 cars instead of 1 and we will definitely be going back for more. I cannot say enough great things about this place.

We were looking for a safe car for our youngest daughter found ourselves drawn to the Jeep Patriot so I drove to Allen Mello to look at what they had. Ava French met me in the parking lot, in the rain, and took over from there. She made the experience of car shopping enjoyable and seamless. Her follow up was impeccable and the business side of the transaction was very quick and efficient. I would highly recommend the dealership, and specifically, Ava French.

Great place to shop!! Salesmen Derek Daigle was great. No pressure to buy, worked on getting us the best deal he could. Would recommend anyone go to Allen Mello and ask for him.Went for one car for my son and ended up leaving with two!!

I don't even know where to begin, I went in there with already in approved loan but then found a truck that was $3000 over my approved loan. They then insisted that because my credit score is good that I should try to check other banks because I Would-be able to get that vehicle , so instead of running my credit once from my bank it was now run 3 times. That's not the worst part, the worst part is that they came out shook my hand and said you are all set! The truck is yours! Then ONE HOUR LATTER. They came out and said Oops sorry we read the screen wrong. That was after over 2 hours of trying to get the approval, than figuring out insurance for the vehicle . After they found out I couldn't get any more money than what I was accepted for, they arhad the stones to suggest I go and pick out a different vehicle to purchase from them. WHY SO YOU CAN TELL ME I GOT THAT ONE TOO AND SAY NEVERMIND????? I understand that mistakes happen, but my approval amount in the cost of the vehicle was off by $3000. they would not drop what so ever on the price even though I pointed out Very clear damage .They wouldn't move on the price and tried to take advantage of me because I'm only 22 . I would not send my worst enemy to this dealership

Recently bought a 2017 Pacifica from Derek. This is our 2nd car from Allen Mello. Another great experience. He took excellent care of us, gave us a fair price and we love the vehicle. Thanks!!
