We just got our third BMW in a little over five years from Tulley BMW in Nashua and will go back for the fourth hopefully next year. Even though we live much close to another BMW dealer, we prefer to drive almost an hour to Nashua due to the exceptional service and buying experience you get from Tulley. We get our cars serviced at their Manchester BMW center which is also great and closer to our home. Whether you buy a car off their lot, special order, or need a swap from another dealer (we have done all three), you get the same service and great pricing. One of my friends I referred to Tulley for his special order BMW, shopped around and also came to the conclusion that they are not your typical car dealer that most people are intimidated by. At Tulley BMW, Val, Gloria and other team members work with you to understand your needs and wants and they treat you with courtesy and professionalism that makes your car buying experience pleasant.

I absolutely love my new X3 BMW. I went in with the intention of just looking at a car. A short time later, I had purchased my new car. Amanda Brown is an amazingly knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful sales person. If anyone is going to Tulley, I would highly recommend you ask for her. Amanda pays attention to detail, and goes above and beyond to help you find the right car. She followed up a day or two after I had taken the X3 home. It was nice to know that she cares about you after the sale is complete. The show room is great, and has excellent choices for snacks and drinks.

I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anybody. I traded in my car. They just estimate the pay off amount to be $10500. With all the calculation, I will pay $521/ month for my BMW car. But in the paper work, he decreased pay off amount to $9500 without telling me and have me pay the same monthly payment.  He increase the cost on the package that I bought. He didn't show me the number. Moreover, he had me sign on other paper which has the right number, but he didn't give me a copy of it. This is like a fraud. This dealer didn't honest to you and fool you. He fool me for $1000.

Have been driving a bmw for over three years now that I got it from Tulley. They were really helpful in finding a car with my exact specifications in less than 2 days. After sales service has been awesome and I don't ever have to ask them to replace small parts, they take of it on their own they also have been very thorough to make sure that the recalled parts are available and are replaced at the earliest.

I recently purchased a vehicle for my daughter at this dealership. I wanted to take the time to write a review to share the AMAZING experience I had with the entire staff. It was worth the drive from Boston to get such incredible service, and fair market value pricing. Thank you Tulley!!!
