Couldn't  ask for a better salesman, Henri was very friendly,  relaxed and down to earth.  Worked very hard to make sure we were happy and informed. Really appreciated  the time he spent with us long after closing on a Friday night as well,  it meant a great deal to us since we drove from Maine and we hope to see him down the road when we are ready to trade up. All in all a great dealership with amazing salesman and the best Finance Director we have had the pleasure of working with.  Thanks again for everything!

First off the dealership is brand new so the amenities are abundant.  Customer service was too notch, and the waiting room was well stocked and comfortable.  I was quickly greeted and introduced to my Sales Representative Henry who was welcoming and professional. He guided me through the many options available until we narrowed down to three G37's to test drive.  Once I identified my choice he was fair and honest thought the purchasing process.  I will be back to this dealership and to my rep in the future.

We very happy with our car buying experience at Infinity of Nashua. We had purchased from the same dealership in the past, also a good experience but it was even better this time around. Henry was our sales associate and he worked hard for us.  The new Infinity of Nashua facility is amazing and it will be the only place we go for service and for our next Infinity a few years down the road!

It was my first time in an Infiniti dealership and definitely won't be my last . I dealt with Scott M. and Nick M. 
It was great to deal with people who don't pressure you and listen to your concerns and wants. They never tried to push me into something else , they found what I wanted and got it done. I'd recommend them and the dealership to everyone I know. The entire staff was personable and friendly. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle there and dealing with my new acquaintances instead of your typical salesman. Great job all around!! A very happy new customer

The service I received at this dealership was certainly the best I've ever been treated at any car dealership.

Once you get past the superficial barrier [that exists at every dealership], the people here are truly amazing. Unlike other dealerships, they were willing to prioritize customers (me) when I needed service urgently on a CPO vehicle I purchased off of them. The sales associate that assisted me was Henry and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was willing to contact me outside of work in order to keep me updated on every detail about the vehicle. He also provided me with contact information for one of the service managers—Victor, who also provided me with many updates and fixed the vehicle as quickly as he could.

Furthermore, they were more than willing to help a customer out on the pricing of certain vehicles. They already had the lowest price out of all the dealerships in the region, and they were still willing to bring it lower if it meant customer satisfaction.

The financial manager is very real and truthful. He will actually let you know what is recommended for purchase (warranty) and other unnecessary packages which he won't emphasize as much or let you know that you probably won't need it as much.
