I was extremely pleased with the recent purchase experience I had at MacMulkin. Their prices and inventory were better than any other place i looked at. Specifically Mark and Kenny G both worked so hard to make sure i could get the car of my dreams. they accommodated me coming from out of state, worked extra time along with other staff members to get the car out of the warehouse and ready for me overnight, and Kenny took special time to familiarize me with every aspect of the vehicle before i left in it. Kenny was extremely knowledgable and treated me with kindness and respect. i never felt like i was being pushed or deceived in any way. i cannot say enough good things about my experience and i will always highly recommend MacMulkin for car purchases but especially for Corvettes because they are experts! thank you so much!!!

Before going to the dealer i had looked through the cars and decided upon the vehicle i wanted to purchase largely based on the price. I found the price to be low for a 2017 Malibu . However, I looked at a few other dealerships and saw their prices were about the same. When arriving to MacMulkin I not only had to ask the girl at the front desk multiple times to talk to a sales rep but it took 30 minutes for anyone to come over to speak to me. We walked over to the Malibu in the back lot, guy was pretty nice at first, i liked the car so we headed back in. Make a long story short i asked about the price he said "I don't meet the requirements for the online price". that "someone in your house has to be leasing a chevy in order to get the online price and some other stuff, i don't really know". I told the man i looked everywhere and saw nothing on their site that said that. I asked for him to show me where it said that because at the moment he was offering me the MSRP price which was $10k more than the online price! I proceeded to show him not only the online advertised price but the price on the show room floor of MacMulkin with the same advertised price with again no mention of these stipulations! I asked multiple times for him to please show me where it says these price stipulations. He continuously said "I don't know, i don't make the rules and you don't qualify for the online price". I would never have went to the dealership if they were not going to honor the online price. They wasted my time i didn't appreciate their customer service and lack of explanation. Don't go there thinking you're going to get an online price you're not.

I just bought a Chevy Volt. I was very happy with the sales experience, I got a decent price and they didn't try to sell me any extended warranties, under coating or a spare Johnson bar.

I've had the Volt for a year now, love the car. My service experience has been great. Early on I had a brake error code problem which took a couple of tries to get fixed. What I liked was that they were completely transparent about the process, they showed me the e-mails with GM about the issue and I was able to talk with their Volt tech who was very forthright and knowledgeable. The problem is completely fixed now. I haven't had a reaccurance and I've since taken the car through the Green Mountains in VT and up Mount Washington in NH.  I've also had a couple of routine service calls for a firmware update and for an oil change and tire rotation, the firmware was under warranty and they do the oil changes for free for the first two years, they didn't charge me for the tire rotation either, service manager treated it as part of the free oil change. A nice bonus is that they wash your car as part of any service, even trivial services like the firmware update the oil change.

I received and email on 6/5 that my car report was sent to the dealer and I would hear from someone to schedule service. I never received a call so I ended up calling myself on 6/7 to be told that I could either just drop it off or if I wanted an appointment I would have to wait until the following Tuesday. I made arrangements to drop off my car and did so on 6/10 at roughly 10am, I was told I would receive a call once the service was done which like the previous promised call, never came. I called before the service department closed to ensure there would be no issues picking up my car and there weren't, but I will say that from this experience, I will not rely on your call back skills as they are non-existent.

Didn't have a good experience with one of the "senior" sales associates. Tried to convince me that no one makes v8 engines anymore and that v4 engines with a turbo are as reliable and as long lasting as a v6. Than turned his back on us and said nothing when we thanked him as we were leaving. Drove three hours there wasn't impressed.
