We had a fantastic experience with Andy Rhoades and Nate Ocker! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They explained everything with confidence and that made us more comfortable with buying from them. The whole experience was all around fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to go back! Thanks to them, we now have a new hot tub on it's way and we cannot wait to use it when it gets delivered!

Staff here is both friendly and helpful. Any hot tub concerns they are your guys for the upper valley. Pretty good selection always have what I need.

Always dependable and professional, Allen Pools and Spas does a great job helping me care for my hot tub. I could not imagine nicer staff--they are all exceedingly polite--and they just do a damn good job. My hot tub is always crystal clear and I appreciate their help in keeping it that way!

Took delivery of a new hot tub and the whole purchasing experience was top notch. Delivery was on time and the men who delivered were very professional and they knew their jobs. Our tub was set up as expected. Once getting them settled in were very comfortable leaving them access to our home while we were not there. This is the 2nd hot tub that we have purchased from Allen Pools and Spas!
