A family run and owned business that truly provides exceptional service. I have had the privilege of being a customer and a helping hand for a couple of years. The receptionist is kind and the billing department is timely and professional. As for the plumbers they are well-versed in their profession that it baffles me that anyone would go to anyone else for their plumbing needs. Prices are right there in line with all other companies.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I first called out roto rooters to fix two of my toilets and bathtubs that were backing up so bad and they were going to charge me $407 or said it could be up to $530 and I just thought that was too much for a possible snake. I then refused that and called Billy the sunshine plumber and was charged $165 for the exact same thing they would have had to do. When the gentle came out he was very professional,knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away for such a reasonable price. They will now be my go to person for a plumber and if u go with them you won’t be disappointed and you Definitely won’t be ripped off.

I'm very disappointed with Billy Sunshine. In the recent past, they've done quite a bit of work for us with reasonable quality and price. BUT coordinating their plumbers is unreliable. Although tolerable in the past, their screwup today was a bit to much. I called Billy yesterday to have them come out today. I have guests and the drain to their bathroom is draining very slowly. I called Billy first thing this morning to confirm. HOWEVER, they assigned my ticket to someone out sick, and didn't realize it until I called them around 1pm. So they assigned the job to the first plumber that came available. It was after 5pm when I got a call saying they could come out, BUT it would cost me more since it was after hours.  I said forget it. That's it; I'm not using Billy Sunshine anymore.

Just called to ask how much it would cost to have someone come look under my house for a possible sewage leak and give an estimate for the repair and she said 99/hr but they won't give an estimate. I reword my question since she seems confused. I want them to find the leak and tell me what it will cost to fix it, simple, right? She says they may or may not give estimate depends on who's there and can't tell me how to get an estimate either. I see these trucks all over the place so they must do okay work but PLEASE consider hiring a more knowledgeable and professional person to answer calls. She wasn't helpful or understanding in any way and certainly wasn't trying hard to make a sale...

Called about a billing issue from water company. Dan R. was there within an hour to detect any or multiple leaks. The company was very thorough in checking all connections, valves and constant running of toilets. Highly recommended.
