They did a great job from start to finish!  Onesimo was very professional during his on-site estimate, and he provided some good moving tips.  The team arrived early on moving day (May 1st) and never stopped working.  They took great care with wrapping and loading everything onto the truck.  A snag in my buyers' closing process delayed the move-in until much later in the evening, which increased my cost, but the team worked very hard and didn't stop until everything was moved in and assembled. I would highly recommend Alliance for their hustle, professionalism and execution.  They were very customer-focused, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I am so impressed with how smooth our move was.  Alliance moved us out of our home in under 4 hours, kept our things safe overnight on a truck, and then moved us into our new home the next day in under 3 hours.  They were respectful of our home and property and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.  Fantastic!

The move on Apr 27 started good at old place. Things were wrapped up before being taken to truck,etc. The first worrisome concern was that a regular hammer was used to help pound the legs off the the grand piano leaving numerous circular dents on the inside of each leg, especially one that didn't come off easy. A rubber mallet should have been used, not a regular hammer. We knew at this point, we should have used a regular piano mover and not allow them to handle this. This was mentioned to the foreman who said those marks were already there. (We never did bring this up the the company).

At the new place, towards end of moving stuff in, I noticed that the glass half of the base of a  modern coffee table hadn't been moved in yet. When I questioned the foreman, he said it's coming. As time went on this piece never appeared and finally the foreman said it was dropped and broken when unloading it from truck. It was apparently dropped much earlier but the foreman delayed telling us; not good. 

After the move was complete, we noticed that a piece of laminate near the bottom of a custom modern buffet type cabinet was broke and hanging loose. We informed Raj, who we believe is an owner/partner,  office manager or similar, for the business. Replacing the table (with something totally different as not made anymore) plus an estimate  to repair the buffet unit was about $875. Raj did give us $500 to help defray the costs, but the damage shouldn't have occurred in the first place. Would not recommend or use again.

These guys were rock stars.  They wasted no time.  I have never seen movers work so fast.  Jeff in the office was great and even helped me out when I booked them for the wrong time slot and he found me one that suited my needs.  Definitely the best movers I have had by far.

I worked with Harry when he helped me from my dorm room to my first apartment in the city. They went up seven flights with no complaints. Everything was packaged perfectly. Everything was neat and tidy and the workers were always there to help in a very polite fashion. Would definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone planning on moving. Great customer service!
