I was with my previous auto insurance company for more than thirty years. After moving to Florida , I tried staying with the same company, but the office in Florida was staffed with very rude people. I was treated like I was a nobody. I shifted all my insured items over to Mr Richmond's Allstate Insurance office. Mr Richmond and the office staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable . Great move on my part. No question I asked, went unanswered. Plus, I was treated with respect, not like I was imposing on their time. I thank my Allstate agent and his staff for the great service I receive from them.
