THIS INSURANCE AGENCY IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.  I AM 76 YEARS OLD AND HAVE HAD STATE FARM INSURANCE SINCE I CAN REMEMBER.  MY CONTACT IN THIS AGENCY IS RHONDA GLISSON AND SHE HAS HANDLED EVERY REQUEST I HAVE EVER HAD.  SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON ALL ASPECTS OF INSURANCE.  I HAVE HOME, AUTO AND FLOOD INSURANCE WITH HER AND HAD MY BOAT INSURANCE BEFORE I SOLD IT.  SHE KNOWS IT ALL.  ONE OF THE THINGS I LIKE IS THAT SHE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING IN DETAIL.  AT MY AGE I NEED THAT.  ALTHOUGH RHONDA HANDLES MOST OF MY PROBLEMS, WHEN SHE HAS A CUSTOMER OR IS OUT, SOMEONE THERE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.  THEIR MOTTO SHOULD BE "SERVICE SUPREME".  I RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO EVERYONE.

I am now a loyal customer of this agency. I recently switched from Allstate to State Farm and could not be happier. The staff there is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful whenever I have questions. I always get a call back by no later than the end of the day and feel like I am a priority, not just another face. I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone. The agent is also very friendly as well.  He seems to be very active in my local community. I even saw him at the Palm Bay Latin Festival. I also noticed that this agency has several representatives who speak Spanish, which has been a plus for my Spanish speaking friends. I highly recommend this office!! :):)

The team is always helpful and knowledgable. I feel like they are always looking out for my best interest. If something comes up, they work with me to resolve.
