I would give a 0 star if I could. I purchased a car insurance in March. Got all my paperwork done at their site at that time. But later I got a letter saying that I didn't sign the form of uninsuranced motor coverage, which appearantly I did. So I went to their office and confirmed that I did, and they confirmed with me it is the case and they will upload the signed form it in the system. And they promised that they will follow up the system to make sure it is processed. However, a month ago, I received a letter saying that I still owe the company some money, which is due to the system didn't receive the form of waiving. I went to their office and confirmed with them again that they need to something to get it corrected. But till I got the notice of police cancellation, I still don't get any words from this agent. Not even a single phone call. So I called Statefarm myself, and spent tons of time over the phone, try to find someone to correct it. Of course, as I can imagine, I couldn't find anyone in that company, to fixed it. Until now, when I write this review, 4 days before the cancellation due date, the form is still unprocessed. It literally took them more than two months to process a single form. And I am not sure how long it will take. I will not pay anything extra to that company, even my police got cancelled, then I will have enough to sue that agent and that insuance company. A short summary, I have never seen such a unresponsible agent. Never seen a worse service through all my life. Stay away from this agent and this insurance compay, as far as you can!

I EDITED IT, AND CANCELLED MY CAR & MOTORCYCLE TOO. WHICH THEY CHARGED ME TO DO! NOBODY KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT A CORVETTE I HAD INSURED WITH THEM FOR 10 YEARS! OFF THEIR SYSTEM IN A MONTH! WHAT CAUSED THIS DEBACLE? I ACCIDENTALLY LET MY COVERAGE LAPSE (VERY IRRESPONSIBLE, I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY -- TAKE MY ADVICE AND GET YOUR AUTO INSURANCE PREMIUM ON AUTO-DEBIT.) HOWEVER, WHEN AN INSURANCE OFFICE IS COLLECTING $2,000/YR FROM A PROFITABLE CUSTOMER, A COMPUTER PROGRAM LIKE DOCTORS OFFICES HAVE COULD PROMPT A PHONE CALL FROM THE RECEPTIONIST. WHY NO PROGRAM TO CALL YOU? SIMPLE!! LOL BECAUSE THEY GREATLY *PREFER* YOU LAPSE!!! IT CREATES A WINDFALL PROFIT IF YOU HAVE 35 YEARS OF LOYALTY BUILT UP! YOUR "LOYALTY RATING" FALLS FOR ANY INSURANCE COMPANY YOU APPLY TO. 35 YEARS OF CONTINUOUS COVERAGE *(WORTH A **FORTUNE** BTW)* FALLS TO *ZERO* BY ACCIDENTALLY THROWING OUT AN ENVELOPE! IF YOU STAY WITH STATE FARM IT'S A WINDFALL FOR THEM! IF YOU GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY, YOU'LL PAY THEM A WINFALL FORTUNE TOO! NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY NO PHONE CALL. STATE FARM WAS NOT GOING TO GET MY BUSINESS, EVEN IF I HAS TO PAY MORE. HAPPILY, ***GEICO*** WAS BY FAR THE MOST FORGIVING OF THE BUNCH. DROPPING UNINSURED MOTORIST MEDICAL GOT ME WITHIN $500/YEAR OF WHERE I HAD BEEN -- I HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE. The CEO will get a letter about this, just because of principle. Treating 35 year customers like this, because you can, isn't right. But it's surely a "profit center". JACK IS A GOOD GUY AND SAID HE'D APPEAL, BUT KNEW HE'D FAIL. HE'S BEEN HEAD OF THAT OFFICE FOR LONGER THAN I'VE BEEN WITH STATE FARM. NO PULL, BUT WHY WOULD STATE FARM CORPORATE THROW AWAY EASY MONEY?! I'D LOVE TO CHANGE THIS BACK TO REFLECT 35 YEARS WITH STATE FARM. BUT I'LL BE DEAD BEFORE I COULD DO IT AGAIN. ONE MISSED ENVELOPE. ****A NEW CORVETTE WAS QUOTED TO ME AT A RATE **BELOW** THE $2,300 "NEW HOSED" RATE ON MY 10 YEAR OLD VEHICLE!!!!**** WHY? SIMPLE!
