No response to emails/phone calls/text messages after you buy the policy. My rep was Jimmy Jhandi. I wonder how would they respond in case someone needs to file a claim in tragic times! Do not recommend to anyone, please stay away.

Very poor service and they laid to customer I have good experiences they Guys charge late payment but I don’t miss any my masters card working well and they your MasterCard is not working and charge extra money please don’t go with this company they robbed people

This company and location is the worst! The customer service is terrible and RUDE! This company is a rip off. Expensive as s***. Avoid at all costs and go with another company. I was quotes $509 for both cars and home. I searched around and was able to get a wayyyyy cheaper quote with Aviva Insurance. Don't get me wrong, all insurance companies have their ups and downs but Allstate is only for rich people who don't mind spending whatever the company bills them!

I was with this company for 2 years. When I left them I gave them good 21 days early notice. I confirm with the agent what I have to do after cancellation do I owe any money she said no. After 2 months they send me letter in mail I have to pay $170 something did not say for what no explanation it says If I do not pay it will go to my credit collection. Please do your self a favor and never choose All Stat worst company specially do not go to Brampton location worst customer service ever. This is what they do when you leave them.

Very bad customer service. The management is rude and if you no longer the customer and their attitude changes. Not recommended at all.
