Please do not engage in any business dealings with Allstate, specifically this branch. 

They are very unprofessional and lack credibility . My rate increased and after 12 years they told me my policy will not renew. Only giving me 1 week to shop around. 
Please stay away from this branch.

I recently had the pleasure of working extensively with Robyn D'Silva in Oakville, Ontario.

My family is moving to a smaller city in Southwestern Ontario. This necessitated a great deal of work to be done involving making adjustments to not only my home (property) coverage, but to my auto coverage. Her assistance was impactful on a financial level, as well as a legal level with our lawyers.

I consider myself most fortunate to have been able to work through the details with Robyn. Aside from being hugely helpful, she was also exceedingly patient during a very stressful period. When my lawyer needed documents, they were completed, done perfectly and sent to the lawyers within minutes.

Robyn has been the consummate professional during this whole period and I hope Allstate Insurance Company of Canada realizes how fortunate they are to have such a representative helping their clients.

Iwona and Jennifer are superstars at this agency. I have been a customer for over 20 years, and never seen such amazing customer service. Both of them are star performers and really help customers to ensure they are getting the best deal for home and auto insurance!

I've been with Allstate for 7 years now and the only person who provided very wonderful service is no longer with them. My rate increased and I wasn't given a notice to shop around. Please don't bother switching to Allstate, especially this branch. The people here are incompetent and double speak.

The people in this office are super rude and do not help you at all. All State should look into this, I recommend AllState just NOT this office. If I could give a minus star I would.
