These guys went above and beyond for us. Every single person we spoke with was professional and friendly. They understood and were empathetic of our situation. I was very happy with the claims department. They handled my claim in a timely manner and I was pleased with the settlement. 

I am NOT happy with other aspects of this company however. I began paying monthly payments for my insurance of about $200 after one year I moved to a new house fairly close to my old house, and upon changing address intact added $100 to my monthly payments. I then switched companies to 1 that gave me a much better quote back to my original price that I was paying. After canceling with intact I was further charged another $300, even though I didnt have possession of my vehicle any more nor was I on their policy anymore. Because i was 3 days short of making their 14 day notice when cancelling. Upon finding the $300 withdrawn from my bank account I instantly asked the bank to recall the money because that money was to be used to buy a new vehicle by the end of that day. I had no choice. Intact then contacted me stating they would send me a new bill of $300. There was plenty of time for them to process the cancellation. They are just money hungry.... After buying a new vehicle I do not have the $300 to pay them for insurance that Is not active so they will be sending the payment to collections just to make my life even harder. 
Overall I would not trust this company.

Honestly. Everything with this company for me is amazing. Had an employee get into an accident. And they handled everything professionally for me. The whole process was quick and easy. They followed up on all phone calls and sent emails with the phone call. The settlement process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
