The Pickering office is the worst place you go to for your insurance. The brokers are not true to their word, they will literally say anything to get your business. When you call customer service, every individual has something different to say. I called in to cancel my insurance well in advance and although they already charged first & last month they still went ahead and took an extra payment and refused to refund me back. Allstate will never have my business ever again

If I could give this company and location a ), I would. Just like the other reviews state this location nor does the company call you back EVER! The only times you hear from them is when you sign up with the company and when you cancel…LOL! You guys are a joke. I only heard from you yesterday because my insurance broker sent you guys my cancellation form. After years of being with you guys! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???What do you have to say now when I return your call? “Oh, we’re calling to ask if you really want to cancel with us?” Ummm HELL YES! Or “for being such a loyal customer, we can give you this?” Nope! I’m outta here…Please avoid this company at all costs!

The reason why I am leaving this insurance company. It is because of their poor poor customers service . Every time I call my broker. He never answer the phone . I left him voice message he never answer at all. I also called and complained about my broker. But no one cares. Then I called their call centre so they let my broker knows that I need to talk to him about my policy coverage. They said he will call u sometime today and we will tell him to call you. But never called. I have just talked to my broker just once on the first time couple years ago when I first took the insurance. I called for my renewal package to be mailed to my address every almost end of the year. But they never sent it with out me calking them. So please everyone. Be very careful with Pickering Agency. Their might be great people out there as well. But the one I am dealing with is just pain in the butt.

I have worked with this agency for about 5 years now, and I find that their reps are very attentive, and I have always received a quick response. I had a windshield claim after a stone put a golf ball sized crack in the glass, and they were flexible with me taking it to the dealership for them to repair it, as the car was less than a year old and felt more comfortable taking it there, as opposed to the Speedy Glass they initially recommended. They also have small touches which I find are helpful. Towards winter, or heavy rains, they send out an email blast about things you can do to protect your home, or safe driving tips. Flexible payment options via monthly credit car also helps, as I can collect points. I would absolutely recommend Allstate, and this agency.

The best thing about this company was that they employed one competent individual at the pickering location. Not to my surprised she was offered a position at their head office. As for who ever worked at the front desk. This woman lacks professionalism. I will never use allstate insurance again. I look forward to the company's realization that customers should be their number #1 priority. I'm not paying $1700 a year to be spoken too like an idiot.
