Customer service agent is extremely rude and every year our auto and home goes up. Definitely not recommended Allstate to anyone

if i could give 0 stars i would have! very dissappointed with All State and specifially this brokerage, paid them in full last year in july for a new policy but never received coverage ministry of transportation sent a letter last month indicating no coverage! spoke with a rep Saul Wong who was very rude and a attitude like hes doing us a favor he also threaten us that if we complain with ombudsman he would not help us. the whole time didnt give explanation the situation  just kept saying that its not there fault we told him we wanted our money back but said the money is not there or that we didnt make the payment! the next day calls us back saying that the money has been applied to the policy and that we have insurance since july after we told him specifically we want a refund and that were using a different brokerage. 
this brokerage is a fraud stay away at all cost!

horrible customer care, i just wanna pay my home insurance even im not the policy holder, not like i m doing fraud to get money for the company, im actually paying them the money, not to mention i live in the house as well, it's my family and home, and they treated you like you are a criminal, rude attitude, way to earn your company a star review Isabel or whatever her name is
