Had a 2 minute wait for the shuttle after we arrived back at the ORD airport, then they had my car ready for me as soon as I got there. Very friendly and efficient staff with a great sense of humor. One of the cheapest places I found and worked out perfect. Would definitely recommend.

We parked at River Street Parking in early June.  Getting to the airport was easy, and it was nice to have a clean car waiting when we got back.  The one problem when we returned was that, like another reviewer, we were waiting where instructed between Doors 2 and 3, and the bus was loading people at Door 1.  We waited quite a long time before my husband went looking for it; we might even have missed a previous bus. I hope this problem has been resolved, because otherwise it is an excellent place to park.

Great indoor parking, a bit confused attendant when the car was admitted for parking (did not know is it indoor or outdoor reservation!). Fast trip to ORD by nice new Ford bus. However, upon return,  much worse story. We arrived across the Hilton between ORD Doors 2 and 3 (as instructed), sent a message to let them know we arrived. There was a full bus just leaving, and we had to wait for the next one. We were told to wait for 10 -15 minutes. We waited more than 30 minutes. There are so many buses coming and going and my wife went to see is there a bus somewhere else. Yes, it was way all the way up the curb, close to door 1, almost full. We managed to get aboard. I felt like a fool as I was waiting where we were told to wait (between Door 2 and 3) while other people boarded the bus even though they arrived after us.We should have been the first on the next bus, but hardly made to it. Phone app shows them when you have arrived, but nobody cares have you board the bus. Also, one of their buses is black; another is white. We were searching for the black one to show up as we thought that is their company color. Well, a white one exists, too. Buses are purely marked, a small logo on the side. At the parking facility: My car was waiting for us. The process was fast. It is a great parking option. They have to work out some problems. I will park there one more time to see if they improved and I will write a review again. Two stars less just for the bad boarding experience at return.

Absolutely the best and most convenient parking service in the O'Hare area! 10 minutes door to door for departure and arrival! Won't use anything else moving forward!

I parked my car here for 2 weeks and had a great experience. The shuttle quickly got us to and from the airport, the staff was very nice, and best of all my car was very well cared for, not a single scratch on it, would recommend this parking lot to anyone!
