Aloft gets an A+ from me!  So nice to arrive in San Fran at midnight only to have a flight back out at 7am. Do you sleep at the terminal scared to miss your flight?  I used to think that was safest, now I hope for Aloft accommodations anywhere I go. I have never felt so refreshed and recharged then I did sleeping here. Easy to fall asleep and such a pleasant waking from the alarm clock. Thank you for making me comfortable!

The free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes from SFO to the hotel is a great perk, it was quick and timely. 

The hotel itself is in good condition and resonates the "W" brand like they intend. Little extras like the quick-grab items in the lobby (for a fee) are nice if you're in a hurry. 

Overall the vibe and feel of the property is relaxed and easy-going. 

The staff at the front desk were quick and helpful - I experienced no problems checking in or out -  both very fast. 

The room was clean and modern and in good shape. My only complaint is that I was positioned looking directly at the airport runway and when those planes put the engines on I heard it. Loudly. 

I would recommend if possible to request a room on the OPPOSITE side of the building which I'm sure would be much less  noisy. But I mean, you are RIGHT next to the airport so you have to expect some things. 

This was my first experience at the an Aloft property and having been here I would return to it or another Aloft property elsewhere.

They are very far from any non highway roads and lots, so of course they setup a scam where you have no choice but to pay extra if you have a car.  Something around 25 bucks.  Cheap penny pinching way to pretend their prices are lower than they actually are.  I hear the hotel they share a lot with validates, so def give the other guys your business if true.

Otherwise fairly standard.  Minimalist modern rooms.  Polite staff.  Close to the airport.  Maybe consider if you Uber, otherwise don't support them on principal.

Feel the new renovation with contemporary touch interior design. Very quiet and comfortable rooms and beds. Fast check-in and a one phone call to check out. Super convenient to the airport.

After a long ordeal and cancelled flight at the airport, the Aloft staff made my day with their impeccable customer service. The lobby and rooms are clean and modern and it was a quick ride to the airport. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated the friendly staff at the front desk and bar who went out of their way to  accommodate me!
