We've had our storage here for about 6 years and since we've been here staff has been courteous and friendly, especially Kurt Anderson.  He always makes sure to greet us and say hello and talk to our family every time we are there.  

I love the ease of this storage location because it's right off the freeway and easily accessible, but the staff is what sets this place apart from the rest.  They are friendly and approachable.
