We attended a professional event at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. The event consisted of a dinner and presentation. Valet parking was offered, but we opted for self-parking in the multi-sorry garage adjacent the hotel. This Hyatt property is lovely. We toured the lobby and were immediately impressed by the vast open-air space inside. The ballroom/conference room for our event was large and well-lit. We took our seats at one of a few dozen tables in the room, and were immediately greeted by our servers for the evening. Everyone was gracious, helpful and super-attentive throughout the dinner, which in itself (baked chicken, risotto, and baked carrots) was delicious. For the presentation part of the evening, the presenters sounded crisp and clear over the room's audio system, and the slide deck was presented quite large, yet was clean and sharp. The material presented was rather dry, but was always easy to hear and see. All in all, we had a very enjoyable evening and would welcome another opportunity to visit the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport property.

We had a great stay. After hightailing it out of the Red Roof or as I call it, Hell, we came here and found our haven. Max was super helpful and got us a room last minute. We were here for a convention and had a great stay. The staff was really nice I hope to be back next year :)

I was there for a couple of days, a work meeting. The place is great. Friendly staff, the room was nice, comfortable and clean though I noticed the same thing than another reviewer. The bathroom mirrors weren't the cleanest, dusty corners behind the kleenex box, but that didn't bother me. We were pretty much stuck there for 3 days, so I visited the gift shop which had everything I needed. The bar and restaurant were good and reasonably priced. We used 2 of the ballrooms and they were clean, spacious and not overly cold.
They have a frequent, free airport shuttle, shared with the Marriott hotel. Takes about 15min to the airport without too many people on/off and traffic.

Simply didn’t have my expectations met. Spoke to Max in person prior to the reservation and he guaranteed us an upgraded room. We thought we were set but upon check in we received a different room much cheaper than what we were willing to pay for. They automatically booked us to that room instead of the room we reserved for. Don’t stay at this hotel unless you want to get ripped off.

This is a top notch airport hotel. The atrium in the center of the hotel is stunning and so large it feels like you are outside. With multiple great dining options and a bar making 5-star cocktails, I highly recommend anyone who needs I nice close to the airport stay, these is a must stay hotel.
