Hotel was clean and room in good working order.That was the only good part.
 Service was lacking, asked for a toothbrush and front desk said they'd bring it to our room but it never arrived. I found the front desk to be cold and unfriendly nobody even smiled, seemed bothered by the guests. No complementary Breakfast, front desk points you to their overpriced on-site restaurant instead. I have stayed at less expensive Hotels and received Free Breakfast.  I have received better service from a Hampton Inn on the blue tier than Best Western on Their Diamond level!!

Didn't stay at the inn instead was a patron of the Cafe Banquet room. The banquet room was roomy for up to 50 guests. Had a DJ, and a very unique bar area with a clear window underground looking Into the pool above. So you can see all the swimmers from an underwater view.

I left my phone  charger in the last place I stayed and couldn't find one I  the store. The sweet girl behind the desk helped me. Saved the day thank you so much. Room clean comfy bed. Quiet stay. Nice breakfast egg muffins. Thanks everyone.

Very disappointed in this hotel.  I can't believe it has such good reviews.   The room was dirty and very dated.  There were rips in the very old carpet, holes in the wall where the cable lines came through, outlets wouldn't hold a plug, and awful smell in the room.  There was dirt and a nut on the floor in between the night stand and bed.  Disgusting!!!  Don't stay in room 701!  The shuttle was the only good thing about this hotel.  We will not stay here ever again!

Not a bad option for the price. Typically a Hilton or IHG person but this hotel was $100 less for the night. Not fancy, but clean, easy check in, quiet, restaurant in the parking lot & a great shopping center a block or 2 away!  Overall a good deal for bay area. I would stay here again.
