Excellent service. My smaller dog was viciously attacked by a larger, mean dog. He sustained some fang wounds that needed attention. my guy needed a drain put in the wound to help prevent infection. They let me know things were going as the visit progressed, and gave me an estimate of the charges before proceeding with any procedure. They gave great discharge info and great anticipatory guidance for the recovery ahead. The time before this, they were similarly great and very nice, as well as efficient. This is the place to go when your pet has an emergency that you vet is closed or is of higher acuity.

I brought my dog in on a Sunday morning, all Saturday and Sunday are considered ER hours. It took 2.5 hours before a vet saw us and it's now 3 hours and I'm still waiting for the tech to take x-rays. My dog has had liquid stool for 2.5 days and bloody stool for 1 day and it may not be the most urgent emergency but he's been dry heaving all morning and even vomited while we have been waiting. I should have driven to Denver because it would have taken less time. UPDATE: It took 4 hours 15 minutes from the time we entered until the time we left. It's now Monday and I'm waiting for the to provide a prescription for GI food because he, who is normally not a picky eater, won't eat chicken or rice at the moment and he hasn't eaten since Saturday.

Dr. Hanes took Very good care of my boy Marco. He was very compassionate and explained everything to us completely so we understood our options. I recommend him and Alpenglow to anyone needing emergency care for their furbabies.

These folks are absolutely amazing. Absolutely the best place you can go if your little furry friend needs some attention. Every person we have dealt with is as compassionate with our animals as we are.

First off I would like to thank the staff and Dr. for remarkable service, caring and sympathy they gave my family and myself when we had to put our 11 1/2 year old teacup Yorkie to rest. 5 stars for them!!! However I feel and know that it is absolutely horrible of this clinic to have over a 490 percent mark up on the urn they offered us at one of our most vulnerable of times. Yes, I fully realize we didn't have to purchase a wooden urn for $236.50 which in actuality the cost of which is $40. However since we had never gone through anything even remotely close to this we just said ok. Talk about kicking them when their down. Shame on them!!! But again I would like to reiterate that the staff and Dr Booth we're absolutely wonderful and made one of our worst days ever a little more bearable.
