Animal Urgent Care offers affordable emergency care for small animals (dogs and cats) when regular clinics are closed. We hope to never see you, but if your animal is hurt or sick after hours, on weekends, or on holidays, we're there to help you through it.

The staff here is absolutely incredible my dog was attacked by a group of dogs and needed several sets of stitches and Staples. The doctors and technicians here made her feel comfortable and did wonderful follow-up appointments. When you're in need of emergency this is definitely the place to go!!

They were open on a holiday. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The building used to be a video store. It was nice and clean and relatively quiet for a place with animals having a rough day. We will be coming back here again when our furbabies are sick.

I work long hours and when my pet needs medical attention, urgent care is my only option. I took my lab to them twice about 3 weeks apart for an ear infection. The first time my dog was given a one time med. The infection didn’t clear up completely. I had to bring her in again 3 days ago and they microscoped it again and gave her and ear wash and drops this time. Three days later, my dog is not improving. I called the office and they wanted more money just to see her again and keep telling me to “have her checked by my regular vet.” I was also told that “if I was worried about money” I should go to my regular vet. Of course I’m mad about the money! I have spent $370 dollars for my dog to get zero relief. My last 2 experiences with this vet are that they only want to see your pet once and then it’s none of their responsibility- go have “her checked by your regular vet”. I have been to this vet one other time where my experience was good. I am just so surprised with how little they care these past 2 times. I would rather take time off of work and go to my “regular vet” than go through this again. Moral of the story- only go here if your pet is having an emergency, not an ear infection! Also, most people can do without the total unwillingness to help.

Never been here but called the front desk to ask a few questions and the lady that answered the phone was acting completely snobby and had an attitude. Definitely won’t be going there...

I took my kitten here recently and I'm glad I decided to get a second opinion. After their evaluation I was told that the necessary procedures were very expensive and my other option was euthanasia. They made it seem so much worse than it actually was and when they gave me the eval I felt as if I was a horrible person for keeping her alive due to the extent of her injuries. I don't know if they assumed that I couldn't afford the surgeries or what but I felt like I was stuck between a rock and a hard place- they also wanted to keep her overnight which was about $1,700. Luckily my sister is a vet tech and she was able to give me her opinion based on her experience and was also able to get me an appointment with her office the next day. I was given a realistic and honest opinion which actually eased my concerns. Don't get me wrong the staff was very nice but I can't imagine if I did not get that second opinion! I would have put her down because I had completely put my trust into this facility.
