My family and I were on a road trip for my son’s 5th birthday when our truck broke down. I am a very responsible owner and take great care of all of my vehicles. I couldn’t believe that this was happening to me. I was worried about the cost of the repair and if the truck could even be repaired. 
I Googled the nearest shop and Alpine Auto Repair came up. From the moment I walked into the shop the crew there was welcoming. Theresa at the front desk was comforting and helpful and Jim got on fixing our truck. There was a play area for my kiddo and some cute shops and restaurants within walking distance that helped occupy our time. 
They diagnosed our truck and made double sure that everything was good to go for the final 500 miles of our trip. When I returned home, I had some concerns about the time that it took and the cost of the repair, so I reached out to the shop. The owner personally took time out of his day to call me and give me his personal contact information to contact him if I had any additional concerns. He truly cared to take the time to explain the process to me. I still know that they are way over-priced. My mechanic went line item by line item and felt that my cost should have been around $360 even in California. They charged me $860.  What could I do, we were broken down 500 miles from home and truly didn’t have a choice but to pay it. Ultimately the truck was fixed and I trust that the repair was done correctly.

Our battery died at a pit stop on our road trip from AZ-CA. Despite the shop being super busy, Daniel got us right in and had the battery replaced and us out the door within 20 min. They were a life saver! And reasonable prices too. They staff was extremely courteous and professional and I highly recommend their services.

We were headed back to Arizona from San Diego in this recent heat wave, when suddenly our serpentine belt shredded out on the Interstate ! ! !  We were directed to Alpine Auto Repair by AAA, it took us longer to wait for the tow truck than it did for them to work us in.  Speedy, efficient repairs -- reasonable prices -- friendly staff -- we had the locals over at McDonalds recommending we ask for Chris to do our repairs, but I'll bet the folks are all great!  Thanks for getting us back on the road with relief and smiles on our faces!  Can't praise you enough!

I came in for an alignment but my car had issues that kept me from getting the alignment done that day. Although I could not afford to get all the work done at alpine auto they did not charge me for looking at my car and telling me what is wrong with it even though the had the right to do so. I will be back to get the alignment done when all other issues have been fixed. Thank you Alpine Auto!

Ripped off and lied to. Said they would refund diagnostic fee if I had repairs done. Doing a little research I noticed some parts were marked up as much as 300% of retail price. On labor rates they are as high or higher than a dealership. Avoid at all costs. Never ever going back.
