He put up with me bringing him my own parts, which most mechanics don't.  I gave him a ridiculous, unrealistic amount of time to regear and install new differentials in my Jeep.  He handled it.  Super impressed.

My wife and I trust SCAR off-road with all of our automotive needs from oil changes, leveling kits, new tires, and body work.  Always honest, always fair.

I have used SCAR a few time's the service ,price and repair have always been fair and honest I would recommend them to anyone.

The peace of mind that comes from having an expert mechanic you can trust taking care of your vehicle is priceless. Thanks to Southern California Automotive Repair, and owner Nick Baldwin, that's exactly what I have every time I hit the road. I've had Nick do repair work and general upkeep on my Rav4 and every time he's done excellent work, on schedule, at a great price. I wouldn't consider taking my vehicle anywhere else.

We recently purchased a truck off of Ebay.  We had it delivered from Georgia straight to Southern California Automotive Repair.  Nick spent a few weeks going over it from bumper to bumper and it's like a new truck.  Among the many things he did was:  power window kit, front pads, rotors, basic maintenance, wired it for towing, installed trailer brake, repaired rusted frame and fixed the cruise control.  He was honest and told me when we could wait on certain items to help stay within budget.
