As the first auto mechanic repair shop to win an ethics award from Better Business Bureau in 1998, they know how important integrity is to their customers.
“We can make a bad situation into a pleasant one and the customer leaves happy and smiling rather than feeling that they got ripped off,” said Doug Jones, owner of B & D Auto Repair. “I’ve always enjoyed working on cars. It comes natural to me. I enjoy fixing them back to the way they are supposed to be. So naturally we offer quality parts, great prices and good service.”

The continually trained technicians at B & D Auto Repair fix engines, transmissions, air conditioning systems, brakes and suspension as well as minor repairs such as tune-ups and oil changes.
Wanting their customers to be comfortable, they provide a waiting room that includes pleasing amenities such as comfortable chairs, satellite TV, a clean restroom, plenty of reading material, shuttle service and a customer telephone.
B & D Auto Repair opened their doors in 1994. They offer a 12 month warranty on all repairs. Their NAPA warranty is good all across the United States. There are nine mechanics on duty at this first-come, first-serve operation open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
