I am truly grateful that Dr. Capeners office was able to get me in on such short notice.Coming up on the weekend and being in excruciating pain I was scared of not getting the help I needed. However I did not feel I clicked with Dr. Capener. He would ask me questions about what was going on and I tried multiple times explaining my situation just to have him interrupt me and try to guess what I was about to say. It got to the point that when he would ask me a question and me being so frustrated not being able to actually answer without interruption  I was quiet and just cried and he literally answered his own questions for me while I sat there bawling. What I was able to get out he didn't truly acknowledge. I don't know if even once he looked me in the eyes when I was talking to him. Also he didn't warn me about what he was doing all of a sudden while me trying to tell him what was going on he is sticking things down my ear no warning no nothing. I would have been way more comfortable if he would have slowed down, explain the procedures before doing them, and let me answer the questions he was asking me.

Such an amazing doctor! He really cares about his patients and their wellbeing. I was sick for quite a while with no explinations, he was able to get to the bottom of it and I feel better then I have in a while. He also has seen my kids! I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, and thorough. Thanks for everything Doctor Capener!

Amazing provider!! Our family has been going to Dr. Capener for years:) He is always professional and backs his diagnosis up by providing supporting documentation. I would never go to another ENT. He and his wife Sally run the office with compassion and love for Idaho Falls and our community! We love you guys!! As a medical professional, myself I've seen first-hand what Doctor Capener can do and highly recommend him.

Dr. Capener has been great to work with. I was able to get in to see him quickly and he worked with my schedule for planning my surgery. He has been great to follow up closely and address any concerns or problems that have come up. I'm a nurse and he was great to spend the time breaking things down anatomically and physiologically so that I could have a good understanding of why I was having my sinus problems and how surgery would be beneficial to me.

This guy is a joke. I went here because he was the only one that had an open schedule (should have realized there is a reason his schedule is open). I went in to find out why I'm having post nasal draining. He asked what other symptoms I having including if I was snoring. I said that I do snore, and from there on out he wouldn't listen to a word I said. Didn't care about the original problem, just the snoring. tried to sell me on surgery to remove a deviated septum that I didn't know I had, my tonsils, my adenoids, my kidney, my gallbladder, my big toe, basically anything that could be removed needed to, all to take care of that pesky snoring. He talked over me and was cocky for how incompetent he was. Literally did nothing for my nasal draining but I guess I know how to stop snoring now. 🙄
