Dr zoey is a liar!!! My girlfriend went in to have a nerve block done (so she was told) and the dr changed her mind and decided to do an epidural steroid injection even though we had told her it puts my girlfriend in 10x more pain! After her injection my girlfriend was balling her eyes out in pain for 2 and a half hours and she couldn't move her leg. The nursing staff kept giving us the run around until we finally got the doctor in there and she told us she did an epidural and in the same conversation she told my girlfriend that all the pain she was feeling was in her head!! So now my girlfriend can barely get out of bed and barely walk because of this quack

Bradly Brown is the only thing good about this practice. If you are stuck with someone else I suggest you change your appointment until you can see Bradly.  Its the only way you will be treated with respect. Also check numerous times between appointments to make sure they have it correct because they have a habit of making/changing appointments for you and not informing you. I suggest you go anywhere but here.

I visited this center 5 times and seen Dr Zoe for about 10 mins on first visit which I  had to reschedule because she wasn't available, she did the injections-which had to be scheduled-  not explaining or speaking to me beyond "this is going to sting". the second injection numbed me from left hip to my toes for a total of 5.5 hours not once did she pop in to see how I was or explain what was taking place. My follow up visits were with her PA; since my pain was worse and centered is a specific location he scheduled a MRI which showed what I had tried to tell her from the beginning. Last visit was supposed to be a muscular injection but after sitting for 20 mins, she sent her nurse to tell me she didn't feel that injections was the right path and I would have to reschedule another appointment with her PA. When I asked why Zoe didn't come tell me herself the nurse said oh today is her injection day and she doesn't see patients. I will never ever go back and advise against anyone else going there. She is very arrogant and  will not listen to her patient.

They are very friendly and concerned  about you. I have been with the pain management for 4 years. They will do anything for you and help you to stay comfortable. Everyone in the Pocatello Office are wonderful people. They will work you in if you are in really bad pain. The Doctors in the pain management are wonderful people. Dr Zoe you have made my92 year old mother almost pain free.  She is now back dancing every Friday and Saturday night. absolutely the worst PAIN trearment center in the area, billing is horrible staff was extremely rude under the direction of both Dr. Zoe and the office manager. I called an asked for a meeting with both to resolve a massive over bill from this office and was blown off  every time I wrote several letters non were ever answered. I was told by the billing dept. while trying to get copies of my bill to never call back. very unprofessional. Dr. Zoe was always to busy to see her patients I was handed off to the lowest paid person after they sold me on the pain stimulator then the office stopped having the reps come adjust it they gave his number and said meet up with him or schedule a separate appointment and pay another co-pay for their office so they could bill my insurance again. They also performed lab work and tests with out my consent or knowledge. I would FOUND ANOTHER OFFICE I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN.
