I was calling to make a appt with the surgeon who will be removing my throat nodules and was told I owe $ 2.00 STILL as it was flagged in my chart. I explained I called a year or so ago and tried paying the $2.00 a couple of times and both times were told it was removed or no longer available to pay. It was so long ago. Anyway, she was very rude, and proceeded to tell me I was the rude one when all I needed was a appt and she wanted $2.00. I ended up hanging up from rudeness and frustration!

My mother made an appointment for a laryngoscopy for my brother, who suffered a vocal hemorrhage. We were called by the Fort Collins office the morning of the appointment to confirm. The information my mother was given was that my brother (who is a minor) would be able to be seen without a parent/guardian physically present. We have seen many specialists already who have been fine with this. Drove to the appointment and the receptionist curtly told us we needed to have a parent fill out a consent to test form. Fine. My mother calls later on to tell them the information she was given was wrong. Receptionist vehemently denied anyone calling in first place (despite the fact that we have proof) and proceeded to make the issue about wether or not a parent can come to his appointment. Very unprofessional and very unhelpful. The actual doctors may very well be wonderful, but the way patients and potential patients are treated might bar anyone from actually finding out. Read some of the other reviews if you're not convinced. Get new staff.

I was seen by Dr Gill, who I liked. I went in to check on a deviated septum and ended up getting tested for allergies. I asked if this test was covered by my insurance and was assured it was. It was a waste of time and didn't uncover anything significant and was charged $600. Several attempts to speak with the office manager didn't go well. I was polite, respectful and clear about what happened. I told her that the person performing the test assured me that my insurance would cover it, she said I was still responsible for the test and that the people that work there are not authorized to tell whether or not it's covered. That makes no sense at all. She was rude, and threatened to put it in collections, which she did. Why should I have to pay $600. for a test I didn't really want after being told it's covered? i will never go back there and encourage all potential patients to be aware. This is just wrong.

This Medical staff is Amazing, Top of the line, Dr. Gill gave me hope and a handsome face once Again! I had extream Facial Tramuma! From A Chain saw! This caused me to have a shredded nose and 4 lips. Today my face looks better than it did even before the accident. I’ve always had extremely dangerous jobs! So hospitals were nothing new to me. What was new to me was the Hope care and reconstruction of my Face! I Drove 6 Hrs. To see. The Amazing Dr. Gill! He’s a very gifted specialist! Made my face more Handsome than before! I’ve been speechless till Now! Sincerely, Michael S. Mills
