I just purchased my first home today and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The ladies in the office were kind, considerate, and took their time to answer every question I had. They made me feel comfortable and proud of my decision to purchase a home in alpine village! The park is beautiful, the homes are well kept, and the people are friendly! 
I would recommend this park to everyone!

PARENTS BEEN HERE FOR OVER 30 YEARS.. THEY  LOVED THIS PLACE ..I like it cause it's so quite no one bothers  us at all..

The people that work at the main office where you sign leases aND stuff are HORRIBLE! Especially Jamie Zehme. When I moved in, they had flyers about how you get a $500 credit to your account for every person you refer to the park when they move in. I referred one person and they only gave me $250. Not only that but I called Jamie in February and left her messages to find out when the credit would be posted and no calls back. I called twice a week every week until today. I talked to her 2 weeks ago and she said she would look into it and call me back that day. No call back. So I called her over and over and finally today she sends me an email. Wtf like just call me back. The other ladies in the office were getting tired of me calling all the time because Jamie wouldn't call me back. REDICULOUS!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When my lease is up I'm out and never again will I come back!!! I only gave 2 stars because I think the homes are nice for renting and the office ladies where you pay rent are nice and friendly especially Tanya!
