It is not a good place to live since the new management took over. The woman in the office does nothing to act on your complaint . It has been a month of excuses waiting for a much needed repair to my rented trailer. You cannot leave a message her voicemail is always full , she claims she's passed the work order on to maintance but speaking to them they knew nothing about it. And still I wait. Big mistake if you move in here. Try the one in Beecher. Much nicer much more professional.

First  im going to try to explain  why i gave 2 stars instead of one, its not because they deserve it but because by moving in a mobile home its likely a better value for your money than you can get renting elsewhere, thats my opinion but you can decide that for yourself. 

But about this company in particular, its baaddd! New management 2017 is even worse than the previous  mananagment. Ive been living  here for 4 years, at first the main concern was them never fxikg1 ANYTHING and willing to blame yoi for EVERYTHING. O moved in with no screens on about 5 windows, they came and only put in 2. Now i guarantee they try to charge  me for the missing screen wheni move out in a couple of week, i just got tired of asking for stuff that they werent going to do. My sink for instance, in my main bathroom has been clogged for at least 2 years, so my family has just been using 1 Bathroom. My scree. Door was supposed to be fixed when NEW mamanagmet 2017 came and reviews everyone's homes and they never fixed that either. I promise to you, ive been here 4 years and mechanic never came to fix anything on my property except my fridge when it stopped working, everything else is just how its been and i just learned to deal with. From  the bugs getting in my house for having no screens in my windows, to using one bathroom because my sink is clogged. 

Now, lately I've been having financial hardship  and been a month behind on rent for about 3 to 4 months. So this is what happen,  They turned off my hot water. I only can use the cold water, barely, because it barely comes out. The hot water faucets doesnt come out at all, so my family have been just been boiling the cold water. When i went to speak with New Manangment 2017 with my payment and asked about the issue and when can i expect my water to be turned back on,  the lady at the desk, name may be michelle,unless thats tje manager name, anyway, she told me she dont know because ive been late and need to speak to the manager, i spoke to her and agree to pay the full balance and vacate by the end of the month, nothing about my water problem was even discussed. Like i said previously,  i just  gice up trying with them. 
Now i just  paid the whole  balanace and the same lady at the desk is telling me that they didnt turn the water off and to check the pilot. I dont know where it is and neither does she. I asked for a work  order that i know will never come. Im just go be out of here asap and never look back. 

How is it the water heater aka pilot light islf water doesnt come iut the faucet at all? They seem nice, but those are the ones to watch out for. 
I dont recommend this place. Its not paradise. The area is nice, but not this company.

Update: Okay, the reason my hot water could be off is because I havent paid my gas bill. So maybe i should apologize for blaming them. Everything else i stated stills stands though, except, the lady at the front desh might actually just be that nice :)  

PS. Lynwood is a nice area in my opinion, but they arent that lenient on crimes and offenses. So keep your stickers and everything  up to date  and ride clean, dont get caught with drugs, they dont really cut you any breaks like some other cities will, in my expierence. It did have me a bit concerned  seeing almost all black people in the courtroom but, im not judging, we were all there for valid reasons when it comes down to it.
