Renters or buyers beware!!!!!!!!!
The streets are ruined with pot holes. They barely provide salts for our streets when snow comes. This place is over priced for rent. They charge you an arm and a leg for your water bill. They try to control your household even if your buying a home. While renting they do not fix things in a timely matter. The children are unsupervised, and steal things off your deck.

Great place, friendly people, and they booked their, Ice Cream Truck event with me, which was also my first event. It was an amazing experience to share with the people you are actually looking to buy a home from, in the near future.

Owners don't care much anymore. If you need anything fixed you gotta do it yourself or it'll never get done. The older homes tend to catch fire.
