I just had a wonderful experience with their watch repair man. I needed to have a new watchband, purchased from Alson, put onto my watch and deployment. We worked together and made it work beautifully. He was patient and willing to do something a little outside the box to make it work. Alson had everything you could ask for in a jewelry store and more: great people, great service and beautiful jewelry and accessories.

I went in for some service on my watch. The owner, Chad, received me graciously and had one of the watchmakers take care of it. The repair was done very quickly, on the spot, and for a very reasonable price. I have taken my watches to other so-called watchsmiths. One dunderhead at a different store didn't even close it properly so it didn't function. I had to take it back to have them redo it. But here at Alson's, everything was done to perfection, and they even showed me the flaw in the repair done by the dunderheads at other place. I know now where I will be coming for my jewelry needs. I give Alson Jewelers my highest unqualified recommendation!

We can't say enough good things about Alson Jewelers. This was the very first time in the store, and we had the great fortune of working with Nicole Feltner-Kidman, who made the entire shopping experience pretty amazing. This store has great designs, incredible quality, and superb customer service. I strongly recommend Alson (and Nicole).

Norhala and Alson's is just the best. She helped me find the best engagement ring for my wife, and was very patient and helpful when we picked out wedding bands. I can't recommend them enough.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience when shopping for an engagement ring and wedding bands. Bonnie was terrific throughout the entire process. From start to finish she has been fantastic!
