Today I went in to get my ring cleaned that I am passing down to my sister for her college graduation. The treatment that I experienced from EVERY employee that I encountered was amazing!!! I talked 3 people; a young man with glasses (I'm disappointed that I didn't get his name), Kevin, and Dana. I would recommend this location to ANYONE and I am happy that I crossed paths with them today :)

I will never buy Tiffany jewelry again.  I know Tiffany has a premium for their jewelry, which means you would expect spectacular customer service comes with,  That is false.  I have purchased a couple items from Tiffany for my girlfriend.  She recently broke her bracelet after only having it for less than 2 years,  She took it in and they charged her $50 to get a simple band fixed and then charged her sipping on top of that.  It doesn't cost $20 to ship a tiny bracelet in a tiny padded envelope.  I have been to local stores where they would have mended it for free.  I will continue to shop local jewelry stores.  Tiffany & Co is a waste of money and has lost a customer.
