genuinely kind man and hometown business feel to make you feel comfortable. trustworthy owner gave me a thorough and fair appraisal and went over each part of the process with me to include color, carat, and clarity. fair price. (all performed directly in front of me - sizing, weighing, viewing color from the right angle after it was removed from prongs)
