I purchased a refrigerator from this store and the sales experience was great. However , the installation department was very unprofessional. After 3 attempts to have the install done I am going to get a refund and go somewhere else. While I love this store, this was a horrible let down. No one every called to let us know the install status, we would have to call them to find out they don't have the product. All three times!! Really.....

Thought I had a great experience until it took an awful turn. Found the perfect dress in the wrong size so the woman volunteers to order the correct size for me. When I get the email at home it says she order the wrong size. After 40 minutes on the phone and 3 people redirecting me- I'm told they can do nothing. After asking to talk to a supervisor they can magically cancel the order. Still don't have a bridesmaid dress but at least I don't have one in the wrong size.

Womens dept was chaos!   Had to wander around to find what I was looking for?  The male who checked me out, Viet was very courteous and very nine!

I find great buys on men's clothing and men's shoes. The shoe department was a bit messy, but I found what I needed.
