Love this place, repeat customer here. Staff is very helpful and informative. No pressure, easy great experience. Yes i will be back. Everyone is great but if you're lucky enough to encounter Luisa, you're gonna be just fine.

I arrived in the store and was greeted by the store manager , Lien My Dang. She was very generous to let me see some watches I had an eye for. After telling her I didn’t have enough to buy the watch I wanted , a Boluva Watch , she told me I can leave a down payment and open up credit with the store. I didn’t believe her until she took her time to get my information down and really help me out. At the end , I was able to get the watch I wanted and I’m very thankful for her service along with her team. Very satisfied and plan on making more visits !

My Fiancé bought my ring form them and it has been nothing but trouble. Got the ring at Christmas had it less than two weeks and a diamond fell out and then took it in to get it fixed and the lady that helped us said it would be two weeks and it took almost five and I get the ring back and less than 5 days with very little wear another ring falls out... now I’m going to have to take it back again! Now the jewelry has had my ring longer than I have...
