This location just allowed someone to pay for items with my debit card information without checking ID. The person came there, used my debit card which was stolen from me and now the charge is on my account. They never even asked for ID.

Be wary. The owner and staff do not know how to properly maintain the glasses. They use a cleaning solution that contains isopropanol (alcohol) on polarized sunglasses. 

However, the maintenance information provided by Ray Ban themselves clearly states "There are a lot of lens cleaners, but you must not use any with alcohol." 

After calling Sunglass Hut on this issue they only complained that I called them "twice" and simply stated that the sunglasses were not "damaged". The problem is, who knows how much of the protective film on the sunglasses was damaged.

Do not buy from this store.

Horrible. Don't buy anything from this place. It's just a waste of time. I never had a problem at other locations, but this store is a joke.

Went in to get a new screw for my sunglasses.. The lady smiled and ran up to me asking what i needed and after i explained i need a new screw for my sunglasses (keep in mind they were $350 and i purchased them here) her attitude suddenly changed and she was very rude.. She said i would have to wait a few hours. (few hours for a screw?!?) The woman gave me some serious attitude. She had short blonde hair. I never write reviews but it truly shocked me how terribly i was treated. If you want sunglasses avoid this location. The lady with short blonde hair is mean and crabby and doesnt deserve any business
