Incredibly professional. Over the phone they diagnosed a noise under the rear of my Avalon and were able to fix for 30% less than my dealer's vague guesstimate. Organized, polite, knowledgeable, affordable. What's not to like? Top notch.

Foreign cars only. Always a casual, yet still professional atmosphere. The guys at the front desk remember you (and your car). What I appreciate most is there is no pressure to get you to buy/pay more than you need too. They always are ready to fix something that HAS to be fixed; they'll advise you that less critical problems can wait- if you want too. No initial fee just to use the hydraulic lift on a car ( which I've had happen elsewhere) ; you never feel ripped off. Best experience I've had since I had to come back to Cleveland- At least I don"t ever have to worry about service on my car.

They do great work at fair price no bs they are straight shooter's that know their stuff. If you own a Honda/Acura or Toyota/Lexus and need service go see these guys unless you like throwing your hard earned $ away at clueless over priced dealerships.
