Michael Guerra helped me buy my first car EVER and the whole experience was very easy and quick. I did some research beforehand and noted that the online price was lower than the store price and he made sure I paid the least expensive option possible. He guided me through every detail of the car and got my paperwork through very quickly. He ended up staying at least 15 minutes after closing just to make sure I had everything in order. Overall excellent expensive!

If you have have a schedule to keep avoid this place like the plague!
I called a few days earlier and made a early morning appointment so id be able to get to work on time I was promised a loaner car would be put away for me but turns out they never did that. They got me a rental car that's just down the block....short story i got to work an hour late. I asked a few times is my car really going to be ready in 4 hours like they promised because i had my 2 kids car seats in there...short story instead of being ready at 1 it was ready at 5... and the rep totally couldn't care less and was pretty rude last time i was there 8 month ago they told me my break pads are critically low and need immediate replacement. I went to my mechanic who told me i got another 12k miles to go...i expected a lot more from a big name dealership

Friendly service staff. Comfortable lounge with free hot and cold beverages along with fresh baked cookies. Very nice and down to earth shuttle drivers that will take you to and pick you up from area locations while you wait for your car to be serviced.

"My experience at Motorcars Toyota in Cleveland Hts. is always great! The service dept. is  ready to get my Toyota up to speed and maintained so that when I leave I have no worries about my car having any issues. My service advisor Al Collins is such a great and friendly guy to work with on maintaining my Toyota" He is very detailed about the services and prices. Plus Motorcars are open late during the week until 3am which works well with my work schedule!"

Michael was incredibly helpful during the whole process. I never felt pressured. I was asking A LOT of questions, and he was very patient and kind the entire time with me.
