We were looking for a safe and reliable used car for our son to use for school. We were not going to buy the greatest and most expensive car on the lot, just a good used car. Our salesman was Tyler Gilles. I have to say he was very good and a welcome break from typical car salesmen. He did not pressure us and was very willing to hear us out on our scope and goals. We never felt like he was up-selling us. He helped us find a good used Civic and was very easy work with throughout the process of sorting our trade and taking care of some minor work the new(er) car needed. There was never a feeling of frustration or hurry even when details of the transaction changed midway through the process. Honest, pleasant and fair process.

Because I was about 4 1/2  hours away I had to do my communication via e-mail. After my initial inquiry I was assigned Jeff Berlin to work with me. Admittedly, I was a tough customer because I wasn't 100 percent sure it was the right used Mazda Miata for me as I just started looking and I can be very indecisive. Jeff put on a clinic on how to sell a car and at the same time make a customer very happy through a series of e-mails, phone calls and eventually a purchase. Even though there is a 4 1/2 hour travel distance I will be calling Jeff when I start looking to replace my aging Honda Civic with a new Honda accord. That's how good I feel Jeff and Motor Cars Honda are!

Very quick and efficient processing. I felt very welcomed and very well taken care of here. Rich and Vernell were absolutely wonderful to work with and were just as excited as I was when I purchased my car. Jim was also very helpful in providing the best advice to any and all questions I had. A wonderful first buying experience.

I went in this past weekend on a whim because a coworker recommended this location due to the stellar reviews. I was not disappointed! Due to my sales background I'm always very cautious when it comes to buying something I don't know too much about (clearly not a cars person). Tyler made the process very easy and I set up an appt through him. I had in my mind an idea of what I wanted to do and although that fell through, Brian (manager) & Jim (finance) actually helped me get a much better deal with a much better car and I'm extremely happy with how it all turned out. I would highly recommend this place!

My girlfriend and I went in to get a model defect taken care of on her car. The service staff quickly went to work. The desk staff was very polite and respectful. We waited about 35 minutes in their amazing waiting room with a full drink station, kids area, fireplace, abundant TVs and comfortable furnature. I've never been to a car maintenance center so nice.
